JBL VIP Club Program - Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) – subject to the Terms of Use as available at [https://eu.jbl.com/terms-of-use.html]
These Terms and Conditions apply to HARMAN’S JBL VIP Club Program made available at the JBL website for the Participating Countries as indicated hereinafter.
Definitions:
“Application Form” means JBL VIP Club Application Form required to be completed by the individual to become a member.
“Member” means the person who is a member of JBL Club VIP Club Program.
“JBL VIP Club Program” means the program operated and managed by JBL by which a Member may receive the JBL VIP Club Benefits in accordance with these Terms.
“Participating Countries” means Belgium, Denmark, UK, Finland, France, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Portugal, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Spain, Sweden, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Italy, Germany.
“JBL VIP Club Benefits” means the facilities, services, products, discounts, offers, activities and events or arrangements offered or available to Members from time to time.
“Registration Period” means any time on or after April 5, 2019 through December 31, 2019
“We/us/Harman” means Harman Becker Automotive Systems GmbH or any of its affiliates.
1. The JBL VIP Club Program is a benefit that can only be applied to Toyota’s customers from any of the Participating Countries subject to the following CONDITIONS:
- Be 18 years of age or older;
- Be the original owner of a Toyota C-HR Lime Green Limited Edition, powered by JBL in one of the Participating Countries during the period April 5, 2019 to December 31, 2019
- Provide registration details as listed on the Application Form, in particular: your Name, E-mail, Date of Birth, VIN number of the purchased vehicle, and Country of Purchase. Please review Our Privacy Policy https://eu.jbl.com/privacy-policy.html
- Register during the Registration Period.
2. By completing the Members Application Form you confirm you have reviewed, understood and agreed to these JBL VIP Club Program Terms and the Terms of Use https://eu.jbl.com/terms-of-use.html
3. Membership to JBL VIP Club Program is free – not subject to any administration fee and Membership continues for one (1) year from date of enrollment.
4. The JBL VIP CLUB BENEFITS provided are:
(a) receive JBL Newsletter with respect to JBL products and offers, including without limitation product discounts for certain JBL products, including the opportunity to order newly released JBL products as selected by Harman, at its discretion;
(b) be given the opportunity to participate in promotions run in the Participating Countries (subject to applicable terms and conditions).
5. Each JBL VIP Club Membership is valid for one person only and cannot be used by any person other than the Member who’s registered on JBL website via the Application form. Deregistration by Members is possible at any time by selecting the ‘Unsubscribe’ link, which can found at the bottom of every JBL email communication.
6. We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time, with prior notification to Members.
7. Participation in the JBL VIP Club Program is open only to individuals subject to conditions listed above. Participation is offered at the discretion of Harman, who has the right to accept or reject any application to participate at its sole discretion.
8. Membership may be cancelled/refused to individuals by Harman at its discretion, if Membership is deemed to be fraudulent, linked to a fraudulent Membership and/or a Member engages in a derogatory, harmful, drunken and/or manner otherwise regarded by Harman as highly inappropriate.
9. You are solely responsible for any government tax, duty or other charge imposed by law (if any) in any country in respect of JBL VIP Club Program and Benefits.
10. Harman reserves the right to terminate the JBL VIP Club Program at any time by giving you at least 60 days prior written notice in which case you will cease to be able to use and/or participate within The JBL Club VIP Program and Harman shall have no further liability to you.
